RenownedU Return & Satisfaction Policy

Due to the personal nature of our wellness products and for health, hygiene, and product integrity reasons, we have established the following policy to ensure fairness for both our customers and our company.

Returns Eligibility

We gladly accept returns on unopened and unused products within fourteen (14) days of confirmed delivery.
To qualify for a return:

  • Products must be unopened, unused, and in their original packaging

  • Products must be in resellable condition

  • Proof of purchase is required

  • Return requests must be submitted within 14 days of delivery

Once approved, customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the order arrived damaged or incorrect.

Non-Returnable Items

For safety, sanitation, and quality assurance purposes, the following items are non-returnable and non-refundable:

  • Sample packs

  • Promotional or discounted items

  • Gift cards

  • Limited edition releases

  • Final sale items

We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet the conditions outlined above.

Damaged, Incorrect, or Defective Orders

If approved, RenownedU may provide:

Refund Processing

Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days after the returned item has been received and inspected.

For subscription-based purchases, cancellations must be made prior to the next billing cycle to avoid future charges.
Once a subscription order has been processed or shipped, it cannot be canceled or refunded.

Refused or Fraudulent Claims

RenownedU reserves the right to deny refund requests, replacements, or store credit in cases involving:
